Hey y'all, quick question: did you know that your words have power?

How many times have we talked ourselves into having a bad day by saying "That ruined my day", or "Today is going to be stressful"? How many times have we discouraged ourselves by telling ourselves that we couldn't do something or that we weren't good enough? How many times have our words caused us to stop working on something that was so close to our hearts, or caused us to lose passion in something that we were overly passionate about? I know because I've done it too. The thing is, our words have so much power. The things that we say to ourselves and put into our spirit have power over how our life will go. We have to train our minds and train our speech. We have to be our number one fans and speak positively about ourselves. Of course waking up at 6 am on a Monday isn't the most ideal thing to do, but you will begin to notice a change in your days when you wake up and say out loud that "Today is going to be a great day.", "Blessings are coming to me today.", "Something great is going to happen today." instead of "Ugh, it's Monday again", "It's too early", or "Bruh I don't feel like doing this today". You will be surprised how easily you are able to invite positivity into your life by changing your dialogue with yourself. Some people are not able to wake up and do the things you are doing because of their life's circumstances, and they wish that they could go to work, or go to school, or wake up in a bed and have food to eat, so start your day with gratitude.

Proverbs 18:21 (KJV) says "Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof." So, you are what you talk about, your life will go in the direction of your conversations, and if you're always complaining be prepared to live a miserable life because of what you're speaking into your spirit. Now, before you get offended and unsubscribe, we've all been there. You're not alone, but that's why growth is so important. I even have to catch myself sometime in my own thoughts and my own speaking, so don't think I'm just coming for your neck because I'm coming for mine too. We're all growing together.

I challenge you to a 24 hour challenge: be aware of how you're speaking and when it's negative, change it. Once you get through one day of it, push yourself to two days, then a week, then two weeks, then a month. You will see how much more positive your life will be.

As always, thanks for the continuous support. You all mean so much to me and I love you for loving me and what I do.
